Reducing the population, one at a time

A total nutcase, influenced by crackpots like Al Gore, takes hostages in the headquarters of the Discovery Channel, issuing a manifesto demanding population reduction.

This story has a happy ending. The nutcase is killed by police snipers, fulfilling his wish. None of the hostages are harmed.
