A doctor performed an EXPERIMENTAL MEDICAL PROCEDURE on the President of the United States! How could this happen?

Actually, the procedure is a virtual colonoscopy. They've been performed for years, but they're excluded from Medicare because they're "experimental".

So, there you have it. Government health insurance doesn't cover a procedure that is just fine for the President. That's an example of rationing. And we don't even have ObamaCare yet.
