An old favorite topic returns!
Here I thought the topic had long disappeared, but Gary Brolsma is back, with a New Numa lip-synching video. It uses a newly created song called New Numa, by Variety Beats, performed in Russian.

Yeah! although it seems Mr Brolsma has been gripped with the eternal commercialism that the American dream entails. Good for him.
It struck me the other day; I was driving to work and listening to the second opening song to Ghost in the Shell: SAC. It's Rise - sung by Origa and is partially in Russian. It occured to me that just a while back I probably never would have heard a modern song sung in Russian. Back when I was Brolsma's age the only Russian music to be heard was Tchaikovsky and the like.
