What fraud claim? The article was about judicial appointments.
I would love to see a debate on the subject of changing the rules for appointing judges, whether it be limiting their terms or changing the number of votes needed for approval in the Senate. Keep in mind, though, that to effect these changes, you would need to convince 2/3 in each house and 3/4 of state legislatures.
She certainly isn't the brightest light on the Senate floor.

The only evidence I've seen of voter fraud that impacted a race was in the Washington governor's race.
